		Bob Katz, President and Founder of F.A.C.T.S. (Financial Analysis and Control Technology Services LLC), is a recognized authority in decision support and BI/BPM applications. Prior to starting F.A.C.T.S, Bob held senior financial and operating positions with several Fortune 200 companies, including Schlumberger, Digital Equipment/Compaq Computer, AMAX Mining, Martin Marietta and W.R Grace. Most recently, Bob served as Corporate Director – Financial Planning and Analysis with Brooks Automation, Inc. a worldwide leader in the semiconductor automation capital equipment industry,
helping to grow the company 600% through the acquisition and integration of 25 public and private companies valued at over $800 million.  He’s also served as Chief Financial Officer for Congregation Beth Elohim, a non-profit religious institution in Acton, MA.
Bob has earned certifications from the Institute for Management Accounting (IMA) in Management Accounting (CMA) and Financial Management (CFM) and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from the CFP Board of Standards, Inc. He holds a B.S degree in Operations Research engineering and an MBA, majoring in Finance, both from New York University. He is an active member of the IMA, Financial Executives Institute (FEI), Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG) and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
